Gluster users - Jan 2015 - finding the top-VM that is using io/network traffic on glusterfs

hi, All,
   We are running openstack with shared vm image on glusterfs cluster;
(1500 vm on 40-node glusterfs cluster );
   We are having an problem with identifying which vm is causing most of
the IO/bandwidth consumption on glusterfs; Saying I see high io/network
traffic on the storage node, i want to quickly identify which vm node is
causing the problem;
    Does anyone has experience on that?
