Shorewall users - Nov 2003 - FTP server on LAN

Hi,
 
I am trying to configure a FTP server which resides on LAN. I have one
running on the server already and want another one running on LAN on a
different port. 
 
Currently I am running the main ftp server on port 21. I am trying to
set up a rule to forward port 2121 from my server to a LAN machine which
run the ftp server on port 21. Here is my rule


DNAT    net     loc:192.168.16.203:21   tcp     -       2121
 
When I try to connect to it I get connection refused.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FAQs 1a and 1b give information about troubleshooting DNAT problems.
http://www.shorewall.net/FTP.html gives lots of information about FTP
(including the extra steps you have to run it on a nonstandard port).
