My advice was based on my guess that eth0 has IP address 210.15.228.242.
If that isn''t the case then you are going to have to tell us the
relevance
of 210.15.228.242 in your setup.

If 210.15.228.242 is the IP address of eth0 then please follow the
troubleshooting instructions in FAQs 1a and 1b.
