We have open sourced CIL, a common MLIR dialect for Fortran/C/C++. It can
be found at https://github.com/compiler-tree-technologies/cil.

Hi Prashanth,

This is great, thanks for sharing. Are there any plans to work with
the community to upstream this project? Any design docs or reference
for the MLIR dialect?
