Can somebody explain how to do per IP traffic control in shorewall. Or if that is even possible? Googleing has produced more confusion than answers so if somebody could give me a push in the right direction I would appreciate it. -- _ /-\ ndrew http://www.pure-wireless.net andrew@pure-wireless.net

You need to understand Linux Traffic Control/Shaping before you can understand what Shorewall provides; I suggest the LARTC Howto as a good place to start. A link can be found on the Shorewall "Useful Links" page. -Tom -- Tom Eastep \ Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool Shoreline, \ http://shorewall.net Washington USA \ teastep@shorewall.net
