Icecast - Feb 2017 - Icecast Server doesn't start even after being properly configured

Thanks for the response Robert, but the situation stills the same. Tried
with all the possible IP addresses and forwarded again the port 8000 but
still the same.

Do you get a specific error message? Or does it say server failed to start?

Not at all, once I execute the command in the cmd no more messages are
shown.
