Subject: [Icecast] Forums, Lists and Spam
Even with forums spam can happen. The most likely cause of spam is people
putting there
email address in the body of the message either telling someone to email them or
in a
signature line.
As for spamming the icecast mailing list users, if you goto
http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/icecast/ you will see the archives for the list
and the
software they use edits email addresses so they can't be just copied from
the site and
spammed right away.
