Hi everybody I'm trying to encode the soundcard signal to serve it with IceCast, but I'm having problems with making darkice-0.11. Anybody could help? I'm compiling in a Solaris 6 OS with gcc 2.8.1, and I've installed lame and Vorbis libraries. This is my config phrase: ./configure --prefix=/aplicacions/icecast-1.3.12/darkice --with-lame --with-vorbis --with-lame-prefix=/usr/local --with-vorbis-prefix=/usr/local And here is the problem: bash-2.03# make make all-recursive Making all in src source='BufferedSink.cpp' object='BufferedSink.o' libtool=no \ depfile='.deps/BufferedSink.Po' tmpdepfile='.deps/BufferedSink.TPo' \ depmode=gcc /bin/bash ../depcomp \ gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/usr/local/include -O2 -pedantic -Wall -c -o BufferedSink.o `test -f 'BufferedSink.cpp' || echo './'`BufferedSink.cpp In file included from BufferedSink.cpp:59: Exception.h:39: iostream: No such file or directory In file included from BufferedSink.h:40, from BufferedSink.cpp:60: Reporter.h:56: iostream: No such file or directory *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `BufferedSink.o' Current working directory /export/home/drubior/darkice-0.11/src *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all-recursive' Current working directory /export/home/drubior/darkice-0.11 *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all' Thanks in advance, and sorry by my english :) --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. Help! we're trying to set up an online radio station for Columbus day here in Denver and can't seem to find a good working streamer for a windows machine! Icecast2 works fine when I use the ices2 streamer on the same linux box. What do you recommend - winamp plugin seems like the easiest but seem like we get an error (using Samcast) ERR_NOLOGIN SAMcast failed to log into the streaming server Possible causes: - Bad password. Double check your password - Wrong server type. Make sure you chose the correct server type. [ICEcast or SHOUTcast] (Live365 users should specify SHOUTcast) - Slow connection. On rare occasions the login will timeout. Just retry when this happens <p>Seems like this (samcast) is a big bloated programs as well so please point us to a simple windows streaming solution. Perhaps Samcast don't like the new icecast2 ??? Cheers Richard <p>--- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. Write an email to the author olaf matthes and ask. Download PD (pure date) and the oggcast~ externals from http://www.akustische-kunst.org treamtranscoder from oddsock.org <p>--- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body.
