Good afternoon everyone. I'm using Icecast 1.3.10, LiveIce and Lame 3.91. I configured LiveIce to encode different bitrate streams of my station and send them to the Icecast server. In the admin panel of Icecast I can see both of the encoded streams, one mounted on /icy_0 (bitrate 16000) and the other on /icy_1 (bitrate 24000). When any client connects IceCast is sending the default stream (because it's configured with 'mount_fallback 1'). I set the mount_fallback to 0 and tried to connect to http://ip-of-my-server:8000/icy_0 and Icecast couldn't find that stream. Same thing happened with http://ip-of-my-server:8000/icy_1. What should I do to make it work right? Hello All, A few moths ago I have configured Icecast and Shout version 0.8.0. It runs perfect with no problem thanks a lot. Nowadays I need to stream my voice ( or in general take the sound from as an input to the PC via sound card, like using MIC or something like this). Shortly, How can I configure this? And Can I change the bitrate (like 32000) of the speech (does on the fly bitrate change operation takes much CPU time, since voice will be approximately 128Kbps and I want to change this 32Kbps). Hi, I had the same problem. Check your configuration file, where you have speciefied the mountpoint, for 'white characters' at the end of the name of the mountpoint. Hello folks, I was wondering if there was a way to have the file listing displayed by (http://v-man.ca:8000/file) sorted in alphabetical order? My playlists are in alphabetical order, but I am playing them randomly on the mountpoint. With this is mind, I am assuming that icecast is serving up the playlist as it has been given it by ices. Any thoughts?
