I have a few VBR, and a few that are encoded at 320 kbps. I've yet to try to stream one of those. Since those contain data that is counted by the timing code, but not played the the player, that seems a likely suspect. Ie, you'll get _playable_ data too slow. Try a stream with _no_ id3v2 files and see if the problem persists.> > What version of linux? glibc? > > RH 7.2 with kernel 2.4.9-21. glibc is 2.2.4. > > > Icecast 1.3.11? > > 1.3.10These all sound fine. I don't think there's any icecast code in .11 that would affect something like this, although if my id3v2 guess doesn't pan out, I suggest upgrading to .11 as the next idea. jack. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body.
