ogg dev - Jan 2019 - PATCH: fix failing oggz-diff on filenames with spaces or dashes

Hi,

$ oggz diff "filename with space.ogg" bar.ogg
and
$ oggz diff "foo - bar.ogg" bar.ogg
and
$ oggz diff -- -strange.ogg bar.ogg

fail because the names aren't quoted when given to basename.

I don't know, whether all 'basename's out there support
'--'.
