Short question:
IIRC I read somewhere that kernel/iptables shipped with skipjack had
problems with shorewall, at least a speicific feature of it.
Does it mean 7.3 is not affected?

I did some limited testing of 7.3 here and it seemed to work ok. My 
firewall is running the same 2.4.18 kernel as it ran under 7.2 however. 
I believe that Steve Cowles recently upgraded his firewall to 7.3 and that 
he is running the stock RH kernel.
