I want to know more about FLAC decoding, rice coding and LPC, more details or
examples.
I view https://xiph.org/flac/format.html. But only know some theory which is
very abstract.
what is the table for FLAC decoding?

Table? You mean like the lookup tables for u-law and A-law?

FLAC doesn't work that way. For FLAC there is no table. Its a lot more
complex than that.
