Speex dev - Oct 2015 - speex jitter buffer usage/configure in 3g network

Hello speex guys,


I am using speex jitter buffer in a voip application for android, when the
network is wifi or jitter is low, the audio is clean,
when in 3g network, the jitter is high, in this case, the audio is cuf-off
/choppy and is unstable, is there any Recommend on how to configure/use speex
jitter buffer when jitter is high ?
