Speex dev - Feb 2009 - Problems with Speex Libary

I am assuming you are doing this in Windows.  You need to change the code as
follows:

 

      //state = speex_encoder_init(&speex_nb_mode);

      const SpeexMode * mode;

      mode = speex_lib_get_mode (SPEEX_MODEID_NB);

      state = speex_encoder_init(mode);
