Hello! I would like to contribute to rsync, but I noticed that https://bugzilla.samba.org/ is locked so that one cannot create a new account there. Is the rsync project still alive, is there somebody who will review/merge patches? Are there any plans to migrate to Github/Gitlab or some other more "modern" source code hosting so that people could more easily file issues or open pull requests? - Otto
