samba - Aug 2019 - Netbios node type value WITHOUT wins server only WITH DNS server

Precisely I no longer want to use netbios only the dns and my question
is about how to configure in this case the mentioned parameters

In that case, don't configure any of the netbios parameters, if the 
clients do not get them, they cannot use them.

I would also set these lines in smb.conf:

client min protocol = SMB2_02
server min protocol = SMB2_02

This parameters works with W10 and W7 without changing anything on
client side ?
