wxruby development - May 2008 - Links to sizer_overview.html in docs

I was about to write the missing sizer_overview.txtl when I found that 
most of the original text is found in the documentation for Sizer. 
Excellently rewritten for wxRuby by the way.

So here is a very small patch removing the links to sizer_overview.html

I mean to point you in the direction of that which I added somewhere 
before 1.9.6. Ideally I''d like to add some ASCII art but
haven''t got
round to it.
