[Samba] samba: setproctitle not initialized, please either call setproctitle_init() or link against libbsd-ctor.

In short, the error is not from Samba but from a 3rd party library that changed behaviour on us a few years ago. Someone needs to do the build work or add the function call as indicated to restore the desired behaviour.
