samba - May 2016 - when the bug 10928 appears ?

Simple question ? 
I'm using samba 4.2.8 and I have done several migration tests with different
Windows Server version .
In Windows 2008 R2 and the domain functional level in 2008-R2 the bug 1 0928
appears. Then,
I did the same test with the same environment, and everything works well.

Then I did some tests with: 
--> Windows server 2003: functional leve 2003 native 
--> Windows server 2008: functional level 2003 
--> Windows server 2008: functional level 2008 
and everything works well. 

PD: I can't use a newer version of sernet-samba because of economics issues

The 4.2.x series of Sernet Samba packages is still free. Version 4.2.12 
is available for download from the Sernet site .
