Hai,
You can try to deploy a GPO setting which creates a Task in windows.
If you set the owner/running user of that that to an administrator account,
you should be able to do this without disabeling UAC.
you can try to run it as :
%computername%\Administrator
or
NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
