Is it a bug when you move mail between namespaces....

Alternative would be to index mails only with their GUIDs and have a GUID => { folder GUID, IMAP UID } mapping and filter the mails based on that. But such reverse index doesn't exist quite yet.

should fts_autoindex handle that case?
