wine users - Nov 2003 - invalid certificates

Hi there,

I downloaded a copy of Wine for Mandrake 9.1 and used the package install 
programm to load it. Here are my problems:
I get an invalid Certificates warning at the beginning of package install, 
so I choose "continue"
There is no /tools directory created by package install so I can't do any 
thing.

winehq doesn't have a signiture for binaries, even if I admit digitally
signing
binaries would be cool, if m$ does it wine could do it too. Look at this page to
get wine up and running
