wine users - Jan 2004 - wine with FreeBSD 5.1

Hi all, 
 
I am having very bad luck running wine under FreeBSD 5.1 (current). I think
it's a problem with the
new threading system. I would just like to ask if someone could make it with
FreeBSD 5.1 and how...
 
Or is it known to be futile ?
