wine users - Feb 2004 - winecheck error ??

Below is a winecheck error. How is this done? Is there a howto or a FAQ 
on how to do this?

- ADVICE: file winedefault.reg, the most basic wine registry 
environment, doesn't seem to have been applied using regedit.
