Linux Virtualization - Sep 2020 - [PATCH v3 -next] vdpa: mlx5: change Kconfig depends to fix build errors

drivers/vdpa/mlx5/ uses vhost_iotlb*() interfaces, so add a dependency
on VHOST to eliminate build errors.
