freedesktop - Sep 2017 - [fdo] To mount my USB stick with read / write permissions?

Hi,

I am using KDE Plasma 5 on Gentoo Linux system.
I am trying to setup Krusader to mount my USB stick with read / write
permissions.
I have installed Polkit.
Now when I plug in the stick Plasma 5 recognized it and mount it
automatically, but with root privileges.

How can I turn this to mount it with a regular user privileges?
