Pkg xen devel - Apr 2018 - Notice of mailing list closure: pkg-xen-devel

??? I was the original list owner but have not been involved in this
team for well over a decade now since moving back from the west coast
but haven't been able to find a way to remove myself from owner and
transfer it to someone else.

Based on these messages I have marked the message to be migrated,
and Ian will be the owner on the new system.
