wine users - May 2005 - Japanese program in Wine?

Hi,

is it possible to have wine run a Japanese program?  I guess one would 
have to configure fonts and the like somewhere.  The program I want to 
get running is Wadoku from 
http://bunmei7.hus.osaka-you.ac.jp/WaDokuJT.sit which runs under Win2K 
but not Win9x.
