asterisk users - May 2020 - Compile dahdi 3.1.0 on CentOS 8

I am getting this error on CentOS 8

I do tar -xf on dahdi-linux-complete-3.1.0+3.1.0
cd dahdi-linux-complete-3.1.0+3.1.0
make

and get the above errors. I always compiled before. I did an update on
CentOS 8 this morning and was recompiling.
Thoughts?

Seems libtool got blown away. I reinstalled that - then reinstall dahdi and
all ok.
