wine users - Aug 2005 - Running NT service (daemon)?

With WINE, I would like to try FileMaker Server 5 which runs as an NT
service.  Does WINE support NT services?

I found this issue discussed only in WWN 163 from 2003
<http://www.winehq.com/site/?issue=163>.  The discussion focused on
security, which is not important in my situation.  The service is used
on a firewalled LAN, and it shouldn't require user switching.

I'm not familiar with Windows enough to know where NT services is
listed in the WINE status.  Some of it is in advapi32.dll?
