Ah no, I'm asking what code I put inside of parkedcalls?

This example works?

This exten works?

Nothing,

The context parkedcalls is generated by features.conf, you just need to include
it in your dialplan

CLI> dialplan show parkedcalls

[ Context 'parkedcalls' created by 'features' ]
  '700' =>          1. Park()                                    
[features]
