[asterisk-users] Strange occurrence in the queue application
I think this may be a possible bug, but wanted to see if anyone else has run into something like this before. I am running Asterisk 11.6.0 currently. For the most part it works and works well. What happened yesterday though has me scratching my head a bit. I have a queue defined that has autopause set to on and timeout set to 20. The call was sent to the first available agent who rejected the call at 14 seconds. Then it was sent to the next agent who was only rang for 6 seconds before the queue app pulled the call back, autopaused agent 2 and then dialed agent 3. It seems like the 20 second timer did not get reset after the call rejection and subsequent re-assignment of the call. Instead it only gave the second agent the remaining 6 seconds before taking the call back. Has anyone run into this previously? I have attached a cleaned up version of the logs below.
