openssh unix dev - Sep 2018 - SSH write broken pipe

Hello Dears,

Does Anyone know the main cause that error?

root at client~]# ssh server -l pippo
Password:
Password:
Write failed: Broken pipe

  Looks like the remote system closed the connection after two failed
login attempts.
