The LangRef.html file appears to be out of sync with the checked in
docs/LangRef.html. Oddly, it appears to be less up to date than it was
a couple of days ago (i.e. the freeze instruction is missing again).
Anyone know what happened? It looks like maybe it's being built from a
stale commit?
