llvm dev - Aug 2019 - Reporting users on Phabricator?

Hi!

Sorry in advance for the silly question -- I've been seeing an above
average amount of users adding awards, audits, edges, unintelligible
comments seemingly to random commits/revisions that I find very suspicious,
yet I didn't find any way to report them.

Is there such a feature on Phabricator? Where do I report these users?

Hi Kristóf,
I don't know about Phabricator features, but email to llvm-admin at
llvm.org<mailto:llvm-admin at llvm.org> is probably the right place to
start for this sort of thing.
