llvm dev - Aug 2019 - Create Basic Block during DAG combine

Hi everyone,

For some optimization target specific, I would like to be able to create a
basic block during the DAG combine ("PerformDAGCombine"), but I
didn't
manage to do it yet.
Is it possible?
