llvm dev - Jul 2019 - Important bug with inlined functions in clang 9.0 ?

Hi All

I found what I think it's a severe bug on clang code generation. As far as I
can tell, all targets are affected. I submitted a bug report

Previous versions (at least 7.0.1) were not affected by this
