For aarch64 testing I'm using hikey board:
https://www.96boards.org/products/ce/hikey/
~$100, Cortex-A53 64-bit SoC running at 1.2GHz,
but 1GB of memory is not usable for on-host compilation.
I was lucky to get it from the first batch back in Feb.
Right now it's still backordered and the next batch coming in Aug.
