Instantrails users - Aug 2006 - Can''t Get InstantRails Default Applications to Work

Thanks Greg for the suggestion to try "netsh winsock
reset" but, unfortunately, that didn''t work either.  I
think I''m about to give up on InstantRails on Windows.
 After more than eight hours of fruitless efforts, I''m
finding it''s anything but "instant."  :(
