I''ve installed

fox-1.2.9
FXRuby-1.2.1
fxsintilla-1.61
freeride-0.7.0

but I had no success in starting the application. See the log below.

a) You need fox 1.0.x and FXRuby 1.0.x. 1.2 does not work yet

configure options)
c) for a detailed reason of why freeride did not start look into

Hi Steve,

As Laurent responded to Andreas, are you also running Fox/FXRuby 1.2.x?
Because you need to use 1.0.x and FXRuby 1.0.x for FreeRIDE. And make sure
you compiled FXRuby with the option to include FXScintilla (it is *not* the
default to compile in FXScintilla).

If you still have problems (as Laurent said), the log file is where to find
out what happened (~/.freeride/config/freeride.log). If the problem is not
obvious to you from looking at the log file, then post it here so that we
can take a look.

What is the issue with it?  Big changes?

I should be getting back to this (and the One-Click installer) tomorrow.
