llvm dev - Aug 2008 - [LLVMdev] LLVM 2.4 release schedule

The LLVM 2.4 release schedule has been set. This release is a bit later 
then normal because of the developers meeting planning that took priority.

Oct 6 - Code freeze and branch creation (9PM PDT)
Oct 9 - First round of pre-release testing begins (tarballs and binaries
provided).
Oct 19 - Pre-release testing ends.
Oct 21 - Second round of pre-release testing begins.
Oct 28 - Pre-release testing ends.
Oct 30 - 2.4 Released.
