Xapian devel - Jun 2014 - number_of_entries in brass_postlist used for doclen

Hi,


In brass_postlist.cc,
it seems in merge_doclen_changes, the value number_of_entries is not concerned.
Is it always be set to 0?
I don't find any code dealing with the updating of this value when the
postlist is used for doclen.


And there seems something wrong with the wiki of xapian.
When I try to open links like http://trac.xapian.org/ticket/326,
I get 

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

This value isn't needed for the doclen postlist - the number of entries
will just be the number of documents in the database, which we store
elsewhere along with other per-database statistics.

So for your doclength-specific encodings, there's no need to store this
at all.

The server rebooted itself recently, and it looks like the stale pid
file was preventing trac restarting.  I've just restarted it by hand -
thanks for letting us know.
