I want to use port trigger option with latest iptables. But, there is no
libxt_TRIGGER.c file in iptables extensions directory.
Where can i find the source for the same to use TRIGGER target with latest
iptables.

It was never a standard extension. It was a third-party extension made by
CyberTan Corporation. The source is available here:
