Puppet users - Nov 2014 - how to send notices or if the nodes go in changed in the console using snmp traps to any monitoring tool

Hi, 


I have a requirement to send to snmp traps to any monitoring tool if i get 
any notice messages. or if the nodes to changed mode in the console. 


Is anyone did this? Please share your ideas.
