Beta 6 is now available for testing.
1) Defect repair from 4.5.21.7 has been merged.
2) USE_DEFAULT_RT=Yes is now the default and USE_DEFAULT_RT=No is
deprecated but will continue to be supported.
3) Additional documentation corrections and additions.
4) Validation of marks in the tcrules and mangle files is now
compatible with prior releases.
