I''ve had this issue on the latest xenserver using 2008 R2 with xentools as shipped with 6.2. I haven''t done updates yet though. Seemed to work before the pv drivers. And after it worked until I did updates to dot net iirc. Then it broke. But not really broken. Just dhcp won''t work due to the duplicate name it sees with the hidden nic. My work around has been static addressing. Are you having a failure? Or just loss of dhcp function? Cheers.
