Hello, is there a possibility to make a PeriodicalRequest instead of a PeriodicalUpdater? Or do I have to render Nothing and put it into an invisible container? greets -- Michael Siebert <info-norLuBQQNv0t+8dGM1inlw@public.gmane.org> www.stellar-legends.de - Weltraum-Browsergame im Alpha-Stadium _______________________________________________ Rails-spinoffs mailing list Rails-spinoffs-1W37MKcQCpIf0INCOvqR/iCwEArCW2h5@public.gmane.org http://lists.rubyonrails.org/mailman/listinfo/rails-spinoffs
How about using just the Periodical Executer? http://www.sergiopereira.com/articles/prototype.js.html#Reference.PeriodicalExecuter Also, the one in prototype doesn't have a stop. So, you may want to refer to: http://mandysingh.blogspot.com/2006_03_28_mandysingh_archive.html Thank you, Mandy. _______________________________________________ Rails-spinoffs mailing list Rails-spinoffs-1W37MKcQCpIf0INCOvqR/iCwEArCW2h5@public.gmane.org http://lists.rubyonrails.org/mailman/listinfo/rails-spinoffs
