I append ,ja to my lang value so that Han characters are rendered with a Japanese, rather than Chinese font. However, this causes fc_match to return only fonts capable of displaying both en and ja languages, which is different than the original behaviour. Easily reproduced: $ fc-match sans:lang=en DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book" $ fc-match sans:lang=en,ja msgothic.ttf: "?? ????" "Regular" $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib fc-match sans:lang=en,ja DejaVu-Sans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book" -- keith.packard@intel.com -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
