freedesktop - Dec 2004 - [fdo] GNUstep

In the freedesktop homepage there is a list of APIs, GUIs and frameworks 
that freedesktop tries to "integrate", such as Qt, GTK+, XUL, VCL,
WINE,
GNOME, and KDE.
My question is: will GNUstep be integrated as well?
